The New Client Acquisition department reports to the Marketing Solutions Administrative Department, which comes under the Digital Capacity IT Division at Desjardins.
The department is aligned with Desjardins Group’s marketing to ensure technology leadership at an early stage and in the execution of projects. The work is performed in an omnichannel context based on simplification of the client experience. At the intersection between marketing and technologies, the team is made up of experts with a focus on applications and digital solutions such as client acquisition tools, marketing automation, and measurement of Desjardins member/client satisfaction. Our primary objective is to offer our partners the ability to build their businesses through a combination of speed and efficiency in an ever-changing martech world. As a scrum master, you will work in a dynamic and innovative martech environment focused on developing the digital experience of our members and clients. You will help the squads implement and use the Agile approach (DevOps focus) for large-scale projects. You will lead technological squads, which are closely aligned with marketing, and initiate, plan and validate the proper execution of digital deliverables.
Working closely with product owners and the project manager, you will manage the sprint backlog, iterations and team activities as a whole. You will coordinate and facilitate the squads’ daily huddles, planning and retrospectives.
You will lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Your initiatives will require extensive knowledge of digital strategy, including mobility and IT delivery.
Your mission is to serve as a facilitator. You will need to identify any issues that arise during projects that could hinder the team’s productivity or slow down its work so as to resolve them as quickly as possible. You will also act as a liaison between external parties and the project team so that the team can work independently and without disruptions to its focus and smooth functioning.
You will be responsible for updating progress tables to track developments during past and current sprints, as well as to develop forecasts for future sprints. You will maintain full transparency in your communications, allowing for daily monitoring of project developments. In addition, you will plan and organize the arrival of teams on the campus. You will lead the developer guidance process and establish stories to deliver and objectives to reach on the campus. You will also manage the team of expert coaches, organize and facilitate demos and campus retrospectives.
