Go-to-market & Product Sales Director, Commercial Payments :
We are a growing, innovative organization looking for a self-motivated individual with strategic client management and business development experience. Reporting to the Vice President, Partnerships & Client Management, the Go-To-Market & Product Sales Lead will work across multiple stakeholder groups and create and own the go-to-market plans for product enhancements, new products and market engagement supporting for our e-transfer business. They will also support product positioning in the market by collaborating with the Product, Marketing & Communications teams, while driving sales enablement, client services and strategies to drive growth and retention.

Leading the strategic thinking and planning around our go to market and launch activities across existing and new product launches to maximize the revenue opportunity across different market segments
Lead and coordinate activities to ensure a strong go-to-market and launch success specifically on our commercial program which includes e-transfer for business, P2B,P2P products & bulk payments
Launching products in a channel sales environment and understanding the end user to build proper sales enablement material
Deep domain knowledge in order to lead technical sales and system integrations initiatives
Being a leader and having a track record of leading cross functional teams in a common goal
Someone that is outcomes driven and measures results regularly in order to be proactive on the changing needs in the marketplace to keep Interac ahead of competitors
Build trust with key stakeholders across Product, Communications, Marketing & Partnerships in order to drive and execute strategies and plans the business forward Work with the product leads to create and execute strategies to achieve our commercial plans.

Become the resident Subject Matter Expert on go-to-market engagements for the product team
Staying on top of key trends across FI/payment verticals such as corporate payments, treasury sales, ERP, Biller and Payer programs
Institute a strong KPI tracking rhythm with clear and measurable outcomes, shared regularly or more often if needed.
Leverage knowledge of payments industry and relationship management to bring value to Partnership development
Who you are…
You have a post-secondary degree, ideally in Commerce or Business Administration
You have a minimum 7-10 years of experience in bringing products to market across programs such as Corporate payments, Treasury sales, ERP, Biller or Payer programs
You have experience working in or with a Payment/financial institution (FinTech, Issuer, Acquirer, bank)
You have a solid understanding of the corporate banking and commercial banking sectors and secure transaction trends domestically and internationally
You have excellent written communication and project management skills
You have top-notch storytelling skills that enable you to understand the needs of a partner and articulate how Interac can add value to their business
You have a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity
You have experience working collaboratively with and driving results among internal teams, including product management, innovation, technology, risk, finance and legal.
You have the ability to drive partnership programs from idea to execution, as well as provide on-going strategic thinking and relationship management.
You are well-versed in Microsoft Office with above normal PowerPoint skills
