Technology Delivery, Senior Analyst
The Technology Delivery, Senior Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Technology Delivery and will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of Infrastructure and Operations projects for all commercial and corporate services.
You will be the champion for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and operations projects. The ideal candidate must be able to see the big picture, understand business objectives, timelines, scope while always identifying process improvements. You will work with cross functional teams of Operations, Client Delivery & Support, Incident/Problem and Change to provide hands on management of internal and vendor/partner projects.

Managing the day-to-day intake and status of projects, changes and requests within established SLA’s
Utilizing existing ticketing tools ensuring professionalism, guidance, and support to internal and/or external stakeholders.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to determine the scope, impact, effectiveness and feasibility of proposed changes and making recommendations to management as well as managing changes from initiation to closure across all environments following established Change Control Policies and Procedures.
Developing, contributing, leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
Preparing and delivering of training or orientation of internal tools, functions, or processes to internal or external stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining positive business relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders (financial institutions and payment processors), ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction while balancing the needs and interests of the organization.
Providing regular status updates, performing follow-ups and escalations if required to ensure target dates are met.
Conducting risk assessments and ensuring the overall project/workstream mitigates risk, fulfills business objectives, and aligns with enterprise strategies.
Adapting to change quickly and adjusting work accordingly in a positive manner.
Being flexible and thriving in an evolving environment.
Participating as required in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and supporting after-hours changes as required.
Mailbox management – ensuring emails are filed/archived and retrievable as required.
Providing a variety of other related services in support of the department and the company as required or assigned.
Who are you?
You have a College/University degree or equivalent experience.
You have 3+ years of experience within an operations functions and/or project management office.
You have working experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
You have intermediate experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
You have a strong operational understanding of payment systems technology and an ability to express technology matters in business terms.
You have excellent communication both verbal and written, are client-focused, customer-driven and have an ability to work under pressure.
You have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and an ability to present clear, concise and effective solutions.
You exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
You are proactive and take initiative to make decisions, identify and recommend improvements when required.
You have previous experience coordinating internal and external stakeholder groups.
You can deal with all levels of the organization, plus external stakeholder organizations, including outsourced contractors, consultants and software vendors effectively and professionally.
You can manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
You have the interest and aptitude to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
