The Legal IT Applications Support Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Platform Integration Architecture and Support, and is responsible for operating and supporting the enterprise-wide contract management platform (Docusign CLM), the LegalSuite legal matter tool suite, and downstream Docusign digital signature platforms. This individual will be expected to become knowledgeable of the platforms, and gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities of the platform.
The Analyst l will liaise with lines of business leads primarily in the legal team, IT platform owners, and stakeholders within the enterprise. This position will require regular participation in project activities as the capabilities and reach of the platform is expanded. For projects, the Analyst will liaise with business lines to gather requirements, and work with technical teams to ensure implementation and support of the businesses’ goals.
This role assists the lines of business’ (LoBs) with second level support and project activities related to our legal applications. A successful candidate would be required to perform the following:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the platforms.
Train users in the best use of the platforms
Understand how the platforms interact with other TMX technologies and platforms
Responsible for:
ECM health/Operation
DocuSign Health/Operation
LegalSuite Health/Operation
Providing usage metrics
Dashboard design
Process troubleshooting
1st and 2nd Tier technical troubleshooting
ECM training
Project Responsibilities:
Business requirements gathering
Regular meetings with stakeholders and project teams
Provide input on the evolution of the platforms
Identify gaps and inefficiencies within the platforms.
Requirements:
2+ years of administering / supporting / troubleshooting / configuring IT applications in large enterprises
Maturity and organizational savvy working in strong-matrix organizations
Sensitivity and awareness to user impacts by the introduction of process changes and support issues
Proven track record in providing support and guidance to entry-level individuals
Proven success in human factors & change management, including messaging, multi-channel delivery
Previous experience to deal with project deliverables
Previous experience on technology systems
Previous experience with teams representing users and departments, and facilitating consensus
Previous experience using mobile communication tools; specifically, Google tools would be preferred
Strong verbal & written communication skills; convey issues and concepts at various levels
Well-developed influential & negotiation skills to resolve distinct differences of opinion or approach
Strong familiarity with newer version of desktop installed Microsoft Word (2016 or later)
Paralegal/Legal systems experience is an asset
Experience in SalesForce, SpringCM or other CRM / legal document / contract management suites would be an asset
Familiarity with DocuSign or other digital signature platform/methodology would be an asset
