In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
Impact company-wide growth goals and hit performance marketing objectives by working closely with the Growth Marketing Team to directly manage the creation of digital advertising assets (still, videos, banners) across paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube) with a focus on driving new user adoption and engagement
Effectively communicate prioritization, project goals, constraints, deliverables, and schedules within a cross-functional team
Partner closely with our brand designers to actively review content throughout the project lifecycle to ensure it meets our brand messaging and design standards
Build documentation and guidelines for standardizing best practices and compliance across performance assets
Be the owner of our JIRA workspace, running weekly creative sprints and prioritizing all new project intake and proper allocation of work across the creative team
Continually evaluate, propose, test, and set systems for producing creative content at scale
Create and manage production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time
Get cross-functional alignment with ease and act as the primary point of contact during escalations to help resolve conflicts
Support our freelance creatives, including negotiating contracts, on-boarding hires, overseeing workflow, and handling invoices
We’re looking for someone who:
Brings 3+ years experience as a creative project manager, producer or related role
Has experience in-house and/or at start-ups, managing performance marketing projects and teams
Has knowledge about the creative production process for various mediums with a focus on direct response, social and performance marketing assets
Has a growth mindset and believes that performance can be improved through iteration
Is highly organized, self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Is driven to collaborate with creative teams, understands how creatives think and has a POV on what works/doesn’t work in the creative and briefing process
Is professional, concise and diplomatic with all internal and external communication
Seeks out tasks that will improve the team and their output
Is detail-oriented and thorough, often catching things that others miss
Is technologically savvy—we live online and use cloud-based everything
